Description
The multifunction device Welder Fantasy TWINMIG II 200 is designed for manual arc welding using the GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding) method - MIG/MAG, self-shielded wire welding FCAW (without shielding gas), TIG lift, and stick electrode welding MMA (Manual Metal Arc Welding).
"WELDER FANTASY" IS A PROTECTED AND REGISTERED TRADEMARK OF FACHOWIEC.
The TWINMIG II 200 welding semi-automatic machine is the most modern welding device on the Polish market, designed for welding materials such as: carbon steels, alloy steels (stainless, acid-resistant), as well as aluminum alloys.
The welder features smooth adjustment of welding current, smooth inductance adjustment, smooth wire feed speed adjustment, wire feeder test, gas test, and is equipped with a thermal overload protection system preventing the device from overheating.
Thanks to the polarity change cable, it is possible to weld without shielding gas using self-shielded FCAW wire. This is a method using self-shielded flux-cored wire for welding (in all positions) steels of normal and increased strength not exceeding 510 MPa. Self-shielded wire can be used in single- and multi-layer welding processes, using power sources with both flat and drooping characteristics. The wire is intended for general production work, also in field conditions, and for welding structures that are not subject to impact strength requirements. Welding current DC(-).
Thanks to the use of modern IGBT technology and high-quality components, the TWINMIG II 200 devices are perfectly suited for professional welding work in industries such as automotive, metal structures, and many others.
The Welder Fantasy TWINMIG II 200 welder allows operation in the following modes:
AUTO - synergic settings – automatic adjustment of welding parameters such as voltage and welding arc current as well as wire feeder speed. With one knob, the user simultaneously adjusts all of the above parameters.
MIG/MAG - Gas-shielded arc welding is one of the most commonly used processes in the manufacture of welded structures. The semi-automatic welding process involves melting the edges of the workpiece and the consumable electrode material with the heat of an electric arc formed between the electrode in the form of a solid wire and the welded element, in a shield of inert or active gas.
FCAW - thanks to the polarity change function, it is possible to weld without shielding gas using self-shielded FCAW wire.
TIG DC lift-arc - In the TIG method (Tungsten Inert Gas), an electric arc is struck in an inert gas shield (argon), between the welded element and a non-consumable electrode made of pure tungsten or tungsten with additives. In TIG lift-arc mode, the arc is initiated when the electrode touches the welded element. In TIG DC mode, the current is constant.
MMA - a method in which a coated electrode is used, consisting of a metal core covered with flux. The welder feeds the electrode as it melts into the workpiece to maintain a constant arc length while moving its melting end along the welding line. The device allows welding with all types of electrodes, e.g. basic, cellulose, rutile, or acidic.
MMA VRD - available in MMA mode, the VRD (Voltage Reduction Device – module reducing the idle (no-load) voltage of the device’s secondary circuit) function increases safety and reduces the risk of electric shock. The function switches the welding power supply off and on when resistance between the electrode tip and the welded element is detected during welding.

- INDUCTANCE - properly selected welding inductance contributes to reducing spatter. It depends on the diameter of the welding wire, the shielding gas used, the current intensity, and the welding position. Reducing inductance makes the arc more stable and concentrated, while increasing it contributes to a smoother weld pool and reduced spatter. Properly selected inductance is characterized by a stable arc, uniform transfer of molten metal droplets, maintaining a constant weld pool size, and a characteristic repetitive sound without spatter and explosions.
