Orders fulfilled outside the borders of Poland are shipped via DPD, TNT, DHL, or RABEN courier services.
Shipping costs depend on the weight, dimensions, payment method, and delivery destination.
Delivery costs are not included in the price of the product purchased in the store and are added at the final stage of placing an order. Before confirming the order, the Buyer is informed of the total amount that must be paid for the order to be processed.
Shipments outside Poland are processed only after payment has been received. Cash-on-delivery service is not available for such shipments.
Shipment is processed after the payment has been credited to our account.
Delivery time depends on the selected payment and delivery method. Estimated order fulfillment times:
- Personal collection: up to 24 business hours.
- International courier (RABEN, DPD, TNT, or DHL): 4–6 business days.
It is possible to collect an order in person at our physical store in Poznań, located at 390 Grunwaldzka Street, from Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. When the order is ready for collection, notification will be sent by e-mail.
