The multifunction device Welder Fantasy TWINMIG 200-IG is designed for manual arc welding using the GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding) method – MIG/MAG, FCAW self-shielded wire welding (without shielding gas), and MMA (Manual Metal Arc Welding).

The TWINMIG 200-IG welding semi-automatic machine is one of the most modern welding devices on the Polish market, designed for welding materials such as: carbon steels, alloy steels (stainless, acid-resistant), as well as aluminum alloys.

The welding machine features smooth adjustment of welding current, smooth adjustment of wire feed speed, smooth inductance control, and is equipped with a thermal overload protection system to prevent overheating.

Thanks to the polarity change cable, it is possible to weld without shielding gas, using self-shielded FCAW wire. This method uses self-shielded flux-cored wire for welding (in all positions) steels with normal and increased strength not exceeding 510 MPa. The self-shielded wire can be used in single- and multi-layer welding processes with power sources featuring both flat and drooping characteristics. The wire is intended for general production work, including field conditions, and for welding structures that are not subject to impact strength requirements. Welding current DC(-).

Thanks to the applied IGBT transistors, the device has an efficiency of 60% and is characterized by low weight and high reliability.
