PLASMA CUTTER PERFECT 60L WELDER FANTASY

The WELDER FANTASY PERFECT PLASMA 60 L plasma cutter is designed for cutting electrically conductive elements made of carbon and alloy steels, aluminum and its alloys, brass, copper, as well as cast iron.

Plasma cutters from the new PERFECT series feature a 60% duty cycle, which allows for comfortable operation in all conditions, including industrial environments. Thanks to the use of the latest IGBT transistors, the device ensures continuous operation and is reliable. This cutter will find applications in automotive workshops, the shipbuilding industry, sheet metal work, locksmithing, and many others.

IGBT technology - Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor - is a modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an insulated gate. It combines the ease of control of field-effect transistors with the high breakdown voltage and switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology significantly extends the reliable operation of welding equipment.

Devices from the PERFECT PLASMA 60 L series are equipped with a modern user interface allowing selection from four languages: Polish, English, German, and French. The control panel allows setting the following cutting parameters:

• material thickness [mm],
• cutting speed [m/min],
• air pressure [MPa],
• torch operation mode - 2T two-stroke or 4T four-stroke,
• cutting current [A],
• gas post-flow time after extinguishing the plasma arc for torch cooling [s],
• cutting mode depending on the base material - grid or plate.

The device is equipped with a non-contact arc ignition system using reverse flow "BLOW-BACK". This method involves retracting the electrode during arc ignition. An undeniable advantage of this type of solution is lower consumption of consumable parts and minimizing electromagnetic interference compared to HF ignition. This has a significant impact on the protection of electrical devices such as controllers, stepper motors, or computers located near the plasma cutter. An additional advantage is reduced failure rate by eliminating the HF module.
