PLASMA CUTTER GALAXY CUT 40 WELDER FANTASY

Plasma cutter Welder Fantasy GALAXY CUT 40 is designed for cutting electrically conductive elements made of carbon and alloy steels, aluminum and its alloys, brass, copper, as well as cast iron.

Plasma cutters from the new GALAXY series have a 30% duty cycle, which allows for free operation in all conditions, including industrial ones. Thanks to the use of the latest IGBT transistors, the device ensures continuity of operation and is reliable. This cutter will find application in automotive workshops, the shipbuilding industry, sheet metal work, locksmithing, and many others. The GALAXY plasma cutter, thanks to its low weight, small dimensions, and 230V power supply, is mobile and allows work in the most demanding conditions.

The device is equipped with a non-contact arc ignition system using reverse flow "BLOW-BACK". This method involves retracting the electrode at the moment of arc ignition. An undoubted advantage of this type of ignition is lower wear of consumable parts and minimizing electromagnetic interference compared to HF ignition. This has a significant impact on the protection of electrical devices such as controllers, stepper motors, or computers located near the plasma cutter. An additional advantage is increased reliability due to the elimination of the HF module.
