Description

The industrial Welder Fantasy JET TIG AC/DC 200 IGBT welding machine is a microprocessor-controlled welding power source based on IGBT technology, designed for welding carbon steels, stainless steels, acid-resistant steels, copper, brass, magnesium, titanium, and all aluminum alloys. This top-class device sets new standards among AC/DC welding machines, and the user-friendly control panel ensures selection of all necessary operating parameters.

"WELDER FANTASY" IS A PROTECTED AND REGISTERED TRADEMARK OF THE COMPANY FACHOWIEC - See the Protection Certificate Document

This top-class device sets new standards among AC/DC welding machines, and the user-friendly control panel ensures selection of all necessary operating parameters.

The JET TIG I AC/DC 200 welding machine enables welding using the following methods:

  • TIG DC PULSE lift-arc - arc ignition occurs through contact of the electrode with the welded material; the pulse function allows welding of thin elements by periodically changing the current intensity.
  • TIG DC PULSE HF - non-contact HF ignition using an ionizer in TIG DC PULSE mode
  • TIG DC lift-arc - In the TIG method (Tungsten Inert Gas), the electric arc is ignited in an inert gas shield (argon) between the welded element and a non-consumable electrode made of pure tungsten or tungsten with additives. In TIG lift-arc mode, the arc is ignited when the electrode touches the welded element. In TIG DC mode the current is constant.
  • TIG DC HF - To completely eliminate the possibility of tungsten contamination of the weld, it is recommended that the electrode does not touch the welded element; for this purpose non-contact arc ignition using high-frequency discharges generated by the ionizer built into the device is used.
  • TIG AC PULSE lift-arc - welding in this mode combines alternating current with pulse, which allows welding of very thin aluminum elements. Arc ignition occurs through contact of the electrode with the welded material.
  • TIG AC PULSE HF - a function enabling welding of thin aluminum elements. Non-contact ignition thanks to the use of an ionizer.
  • TIG AC lift-arc - a function that allows welding aluminum using alternating current, which performs a cathodic cleaning function when welding aluminum. Thanks to the possibility of setting the AC BALANCE parameter, it is possible to adjust the ratio of the duration of its phases relative to each other.
  • TIG AC HF - an analogous function enabling aluminum welding with alternating current; ignition occurs without contact via high-frequency current generated by the ionizer.
  • MMA DC+ - In the MMA method a coated electrode is used, consisting of a metal core covered with coating. An electric arc is produced between the end of the electrode and the welded material. Arc ignition occurs by touching the end of the electrode to the welded material. MMA DC+ means welding with positive polarity – more heat is generated in the material and less in the electrode.
  • MMA DC- - the difference from MMA DC+ is that polarity in MMA DC mode is negative, therefore heat distribution is reversed – more heat is generated on the electrode and less in the welded material.

DEVICE FEATURES:

  • LCD display of welding parameters
  • LCD display of an individual program
  • possibility to save 9 complete programs
  • 2T and 4T
  • gas flow before and after welding
  • current rise and fall time
  • pulsed current
  • HF or LIFT mode
  • ARC FORCE (MMA)
  • dual-function adjust knob,
  • very wide selection of welding functions:
    • HF - the device is equipped with an ionizer that allows non-contact ignition of the welding arc.
    • PRE and POST GAS - gas flow before and after welding.
    • UP and DOWN SLOPE - welding current rise and fall.
    • PULSE - pulsed current function mainly used for welding thin elements (even with a thickness of 0.1 mm), metals with a low melting temperature such as lead, or welding in forced positions. Other advantages of pulsed current welding include a smaller heat-affected zone, greater welding arc stability, greater penetration depth, and improved weld face appearance.
    • ARC FORCE - a function stabilizing the welding process by maintaining the value of the welding arc voltage regardless of its length and helping control the amount of spatter.
